Frequently asked questions
NuVotifier is configured to use port 8192 by default, but on hosting providers like Lilypad you'll often need to create a port via the Network tab in your control panel, and configure it with that.
Yep - choose NuVotifier v2 to test with a token from your config.yml, or Votifier v1 to test with the RSA public key.
Check that the server address, Votifier port, protocol, token or public key are correct. Also confirm that Votifier is running and its port is reachable from outside your server, with no firewall blocking the incoming connection.
